MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR
Build an organisation’s entire development journey around the world’s leading personality tool
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) insights reveal how we see and interact with the world, our motivations and the motivations of others. This creates a strong foundation for self-reflection, personal growth and development, underpinning enhanced personal effectiveness.
Once an individual understands their MBTI type, they can explore how to work constructively with different personality types, and in particular how they can work with others more effectively, recognising individual strengths and contributions.
Areas considered would include improving communication, managing change, resolving conflict, problem solving, decision-making and building resilience to manage stress.
